Here at PPL we’re committed to providing a first class service. In order to improve our services, we’re making some changes to our processes and systems so you can trust us to deliver your payments as frequently and accurately as possible.
Most of these changes will be happening behind the scenes, but because we believe in transparency we wanted to let you know what’s happening. Also, for these improvements to be as effective as possible we need to work together in unity, so you may need to do a few things for us too.
