PPL nominated for 3 awards at the 2017 Employee Engagement Awards

Music licensing company, PPL, for the fourth year running is celebrating being named a finalist in the 2017 UK Employee Engagement Awards in no fewer than three categories.

The organisation’s People and Organisational Development Department – which manages HR, Facilities, Quality and Business Change – will be going for gold at the only global dedicated employee engagement awards ceremony, which takes place at Wembley Stadium on 25th January 2018. The awards aim to provide a platform to recognise excellence in employee engagement that inspires action and drives the industry and the employee experience forward.

The PPL team is a contender in the Unsung Hero, Leadership Award and Customer Engagement Award categories.

The Unsung Hero Award is designed for companies to nominate that one person who is your linchpin, the person that ensures employee engagement strategies succeed rather than fail. The person that might not be responsible for creating the strategy but without them it would never be rolled out. This is your chance to give that person the recognition they rarely receive or expect to receive. We are delighted to announce Tegan Realph, PPL's Engagement and Experience Advisor has been made a finalist.

The Leadership Award celebrates Leadership programmes that have had a direct and positive impact on Employee Engagement and outputs right across the business. Leadership development expands the capacity of individuals to perform in leadership roles within organizations, and PPL's nomination is a credit to the work completed by our Learning and Development Partner, Jo Digby, on the Management Development Programme.

Finally, the Customer Engagement Award is focused on candidates who have demonstrated new and innovative examples of customer engagement specifically related to how each organization delivers on customer satisfaction. PPL's nomination is for the work carried out by Business Change with support from People and Organisational Development on the QI Project for Member Services.
