Radio Programme Downloads (Podcasts)

PPL is currently working with copyright owners and broadcasters to develop a licence for the inclusion of up to 30-second clips of sound recordings in Radio Programme Downloads (commonly known as Podcasts).

If a service wishes to include full-length sound recordings in a radio/audio programme available for download then they must arrange licensing directly with the copyright owning record company.
