Completing your Performer or Recording Rightsholder Registration:
1) Log in to myPPL: https://myppl.ppluk.com/login
2) Click ‘Accounts’, then ‘Registrations’
3) Click ‘View‘ in Orange to continue your registration
4) Complete the online form
5) Generate and sign your form
6) Upload your form and supporting documents to the final page of your registration
Please note: if your form and supporting documents are not provided in full, your registration cannot be approved first time.
Supporting Documents:
Performer Documents:
o Performer registration form, signed by the performer and a witness on the same day (anyone can witness your form but they must witness you signing the form. Please see notes below for Covid-19 requirements relaxation).
o Proof of ID: photo ID, e.g. passport, driving license or ID card, with your name, date of birth and signature clearly visible (please ensure your ID signature matches your registration form signature)
o Proof of Address: utility bill/bank statement/other official letter, dated within the last 12 months, and with your name and address clearly visible
Rightsholder Documents:
o Rightsholder registration form, signed by the rightsholder and a witness on the same day (anyone can witness your form but they must witness you signing the form. Please see notes below for Covid-19 requirements relaxation).
Please Note:
If you’ve successfully submitted your registration, it will be marked as ‘Online Form Complete’ under the ‘Registrations’ tab. If it hasn’t yet been submitted, it will read as ‘Registration In Progress’

Due to current circumstances surrounding Covid-19, electronic signatures are currently accepted
We have also temporarily waived the requirements for registration forms to be witnessed due to Covid-19. Forms should be witnessed where possible and PPL reserves the right to request witnessed forms in the future
If you’re appointing PPL to collect in France, please select one of the French societies as detailed on the form (unfortunately PPL cannot advise which society you select)
