We’re delighted to congratulate Kate Reilly, Chief Membership & People Officer and Natalie Wade, Director of Music Industry Engagement who have both been recognised at this years’ Music Week Women in Music Awards which took place on Friday 10 November.

The awards celebrate the brilliant careers of women across the industry. From Rising Stars, Inspirational Artists and Music Creatives through to the amazing business women who work tirelessly behind the scenes.

Recognised as a ‘game changer’ in the music industry, Kate secured a well-deserved place on the Roll of Honour. Kate joins more than 100 members who, since 2014, have been recognised for their focus on female empowerment.

We’re extremely proud of Natalie for being awarded the Campaigner of the Year award. As founder of Small Green Shoots and The Cat’s Mother, Natalie has created two incredible charities which help disadvantaged young people curate a career in the music and creative industries.

Our EDI strategy outlines how PPL aims to make the industry more accessible, including developing the next generation of female executives, supporting graduates outside of London and engaging with young people from low socio-economic backgrounds. We’re thrilled that the work Kate and Natalie are doing to deliver these goals has been recognised in this year’s awards.
