Sarah joined PPL in 2014 as Head of Public Performance Operations and has since moved into the role of Head of Member Services in 2017 before being appointed to the Executive Management team in the newly created role of Director of Member Services in 2018.

In her current role, Sarah is responsible for the teams who serve the needs of PPL’s record company and performer members.

Sarah has over 17 years’ experience in customer service and has previously held positions at Carphone Warehouse and Eurostar International, where she was responsible for all aspects of contact centre and customer service operations.
