Sarah joined PPL in 2014 as Head of Public Performance Operations and moved into the role of Head of Member Services in 2017 before being appointed to the Executive Management team as Director of Member Services in 2018. At the start of 2020, Sarah was appointed to the role of Director of Membership and Communications.

In her current role, Sarah is responsible for managing the relationships with PPL’s performer and rightsholder members, as well as leading the team responsible for all of PPL’s marketing, PR and events.

Sarah has over 17 years’ experience in customer service and has previously held positions at Carphone Warehouse and Eurostar International, where she was responsible for all aspects of contact centre and customer service operations.
