PPL is supporting the MOBO Fringe: Manchester Talent Programme, a brand-new initiative designed to discover, support and champion emerging artists from Greater Manchester.
The programme will bring together 10 emerging artists for two days of industry workshops, access to mentors and music industry leaders, networking opportunities, a live performance opportunity as part of MOBO Fringe, and the opportunity to attend the 2026 MOBO Awards in Manchester.
