VPL members are entitled to attend the Annual General Meeting (AGM) at PPL’s office at 10am on Tuesday 16 September 2024.

VPL AGM elections
The deadline to submit candidates for nomination is Friday 22 August. Online voting opens Thursday 28 August and closes on Friday 12 September at 10am.

RSVP information
Please remember to RSVP, to let us know whether you will be participating in this year’s AGM by emailing vplagm@ppluk.com, by 4pm on Thursday 11 September 2025. Please include your VPL ID and member name in your email.
This year’s meeting will be primarily in-person, but you also have the option to join online. When you RSVP, please let us know whether you plan to attend in person or online.
For those attending online, we will provide details of how to access the meeting nearer the time.
If you plan to attend in person, please ensure you are in your seat for the start of the AGM at 10am. Doors will be open for registration from 9.30am.
VPL is committed to keeping the AGM process simple and secure. While the formal AGM documentation (more of which below) and template forms are available on this page, this does not include any information specific to your membership.
If you are unable to participate on 16 September but wish to appoint a proxy to do so (and/or to vote) on your behalf, please contact vplagm@ppluk.com and we can advise you of the process.
Voting information
As set out in the explanatory note, the formal business of the AGM will include voting on a number of resolutions.
VPL is working with Civica Election Services to offer members the opportunity to vote on the resolutions online, via a secure website, before the AGM. Please note there will not be an opportunity to vote on the day. Members will be contacted directly by Civica with more details about online voting nearer the time.
