Originally launched to coincide with Swn Festival, it has now grown into its own, taking place each Autumn.
PPL and the PPL Momentum Music Fund are long-time supporters of the Welsh Music Prize and its continuing mission to champion the best new music in Wales, and will be supporting this year’s event at the Wales Millennium Centre.
Last year’s winner of the £10,000 prize was Newport-raised rapper L E M F R E C K with his three-part album ‘Blood, Sweat & Fears’.
