Have your say in the UK Music Creators Survey 2021 Survey

Category:

As the umbrella body representing the UK music industry, they need accurate data to show the impact COVID-19 has had on music creators. Every year, UK Music produces a major report, which is the key document used by policy-makers, journalists and industry professionals when discussing the music industry and the challenges it faces. You can read the UK Music’s report from last year here.

The data collected from the UK Music Creators’ Survey plays a key role in developing this important report. It also helps UK Music analyse key trends and document day-to-day conditions in the music business, and will enable year-on-year comparisons as the industry tries to assess the longer-term impact of COVID-19 on the music industry.

Most important of all, the survey allows them to recognise and acknowledge the value of your work as a creator – and gives the organisation the evidence and data they need to help fight for your interests when engaging with government and policy-makers.

The survey is open to anyone who is a full-time or part-time professional music creator. This includes artists, composers, writers and producers.

UK Music are asking for personal data but all responses are anonymous, confidential, aggregated, and managed in accordance with data protection legislation.

Filling in the survey and providing your email address enters you into a prize draw where you could win one of several prizes.
