The new tool has been designed so that recording rightsholders now have the ability to upload recordings in bulk, register individual recordings and releases, as well as the ability to edit thousands of recordings at the same time. Progress can be tracked with ‘at a glance’ visual metrics enhancing the experience for users.

Faster and more efficient recording registration process
We are now providing the capability to manage submitted repertoire in bulk and for the first time, users can export repertoire, allowing data to be managed offline. A brand new function has been added enabling users to submit up to 100,000 records in a single file upload.
The tool will also allow users to take advantage of the ability to create unlimited amounts of defaults that pre-populate repertoire, territory and performer line-ups. Using this feature in conjunction with the bulk upload function is a simple process and will save time.
Greater control and functionality
In addition to the new bulk upload function, users will also have the ability to bulk edit thousands of recordings at any time. Managing data on one screen means that registering recordings will be simpler than ever before.
A brand new visual metrics dashboard has also been designed to display how many recordings users are linked to and highlight any recordings that still need to be submitted.
