Anne-Marie Pearce is PPL’s Chief Financial Officer, overseeing the Finance and Distribution teams who are responsible for the payment of royalties to our recording rightsholder and performer members. She also chairs both the Finance and Distribution Committees and sits on the board of PPL PRS Ltd, the public performance licensing joint venture with PRS for Music.
Anne-Marie brings over 20 years of senior finance experience across the media, entertainment and advertising sectors. Before joining PPL, she was UK Country CFO at Publicis Groupe, where she led financial operations across its portfolio of agencies. Prior to that, she was Group & Commercial Finance Director at Global Media & Entertainment, working across its Audio, Digital and Outdoor businesses.
She began her career at Arthur Andersen and spent the majority of her career at The Walt Disney Company, where she held several senior roles, including Finance Director for Disney’s UK media businesses and commercial finance lead for the launch of its first global direct-to-consumer video service in the UK.
