You can update your bank details through your secure myPPL account:
1. Login to your myPPL portal account
2. Open the ‘My Accounts’ tab
3. Click on the account name for the account you wish to edit
4. Click the ‘Update Bank Details’ button
5. Input your new bank details
6. Click ‘Save’
You can update your personal details through your secure myPPL account:
1. Login to your myPPL portal account
2. Open the ‘My Accounts’ tab
3. Click on the account name for the account you wish to edit
4. Click the ‘Edit’ button
5. Input your new personal details
6. Click ‘Save’
Please note, an address must be listed or PPL will not be able to make payment to you due to UK tax restrictions.
