To log in to myPPL, enter your email address and password.
Don’t worry if you’ve forgotten your password, it’s easy to reset it.
Click on “Forgot your Password?” on the myPPL login page.
Enter the email address that you registered with and click on “Send Password Reset Email”.
An email will be sent to you from memberservices@ppluk.com with a link in order to set up a new password. Your new password should be one you have never used before, contain letters, numbers and a symbol such as ! or * (but not a £ sign).
Do not forget to check your spam or junk folder just in case.
If you are using a new device or browser, you may be prompted to also enter a verification code. This code will be emailed to you from noreply@salesforce.com.
