After submission, the claim will be reviewed once PPL are aware of usage of the recording. Until such time the claims will be held and their sub-status will display in myPPL as ‘With Member Services: Awaiting review’.
While a claim is awaiting review, it is important that you do not submit the same claim again. Once usage has been reported to PPL, the claims will then be reviewed by PPL. As part of this review, you may be asked to provide evidence to support your claims. If you’re asked to provide evidence, you’ll receive an email explaining what’s required and how to send it.
