Members may wish to submit a dispute to one of the more formal Alternative Dispute Resolution procedures that PPL offers.

These processes aim to provide members with flexible, cost-effective, confidential and expeditious processes for resolving disputes. These procedures include adjudication, mediation and arbitration.
