Roxanne de Bastion and Jackie Davidson MBE have been elected as Performer Board Directors at PPL’s 2026 Annual Performer Meeting (APM). Both have served on the Performer Board before, with Jackie having completed two terms and Roxanne returning after a break, having previously completed three.

They will sit alongside PPL’s other Performer Directors, helping to represent the interests and perspectives of PPL’s performer members.

Roxanne de Bastion is a singer, songwriter and performer who has been a full-time artist for ten years, touring across the UK, USA and Europe. Alongside her artist career, she founded the artist-focused music conference FM2U (From Me to You) and previously served as a Board Director at the Featured Artists Coalition. She has also created and delivered educational initiatives for artists and has been closely involved in the development of PPL Giving during her previous time on the Performer Board.

Jackie Davidson MBE is an award-winning music executive and entrepreneur with more than two decades of experience across artist management, publishing, A&R and marketing. Throughout her career, she has championed the rights of performers, musicians and creators, with a particular focus on fair remuneration and inclusion. This year’s APM was held at Fringe Central in Edinburgh, with the programme including updates on PPL’s performance and technology, as well as a panel discussion on developing Scottish talent for international audiences.
