How do I log in to myPPL? What if I’ve forgotten my password?

To log in to myPPL, enter your email address and password.

Don’t worry if you’ve forgotten your password, it’s easy to reset it.

Click on “Forgot your Password?” on the myPPL login page.

Enter the email address that is registered with us for your myPPL account and click on “Send Password Reset Email”.

An email will be sent to you from memberservices@ppluk.com with a link in order to set up a new password.

Do not forget to check your spam or junk folder just in case.

If you are using a new device or browser, you may be prompted to also enter a verification code. This code will be emailed to you from noreply@salesforce.com.

What if I’ve changed my details?

If you cannot log in because you’ve changed some of your details, you will need to request a Change of Details form from our Member Services team at memberservices@ppluk.com. You may be asked to provide supporting information and documentation to verify your ID.  Once the changes on your account have been made, our team will send you a new password link.

I receive an “invalid credentials” error message

If you cannot log in with your personal details and receive an “invalid credentials” error message, please contact our Member Services by emailing memberservices@ppluk.com or calling 020 8068 1054.  To reactivate your account you may be asked to provide supporting information and documentation to verify your ID.
