How to register a release (video)

Registering a release is important as it can help to maximise your revenue with PPL. For example, some broadcasters might provide PPL with release information (e.g. catalogue numbers) when reporting airplay.

In myPPL, Managing Repertoire is a separate area within the Register Repertoire section that gives you a single point of access to perform a variety of actions against your recordings, releases and defaults.

VPL requirements are also covered by the PPL Repertoire Data Policy.

How to submit a performer claim

Performer Claims are an important service that helps performers ensure they receive accurate payments when the recordings they created have been used. This guide covers why you should claim, how to make a claim, and what happens if you are asked to submit evidence.
