How does PPL keep my personal data safe?

Category:

We have implemented a range of measures to ensure your data is safe and secure.  First, we store your data in world class, highly secure systems and we continually reassess the configuration of those systems to ensure that data within them is protected. Second, we invest in making sure that myPPL is secure and keeps up with the latest security threats. As an example of this, we introduced multi-factor authentication back in May 2019 whereby you need a single-use code in addition to your password to be able to log in.

No-one from PPL will ever ask you for your myPPL password, nor will we ever ask for the single-use code. If you are asked to provide your login details by phone or email by someone pertaining to be from PPL, you are almost certainly being targeted by persons unrelated to PPL and you should not provide these details.

We want to ensure that you feel secure and educated against one of the fastest growing types of crime in the UK.  So, if you do not feel sure when speaking to someone you do not know, or you have received digital correspondence that you are not happy about that pertains to be about your dealings with PPL, please contact us. We are here to help.
