Statement on performer line-ups

Category:

We are aware of recent conversations regarding A&Rs listed on track line-ups and are looking into it.

We receive details of around 45,000 new sound recordings a week from record companies and other entities, which typically include some performer line-up data. Performers or their appointed representatives can request to link themselves to line-ups of recordings they have performed on, and any performer linked to a recording can see all other performers linked to it. They can also challenge a line-up if they believe it to be inaccurate, and it will be investigated by our team. Accounts may be placed on hold during this period.

If any performer considers there to be an inaccuracy in the line-ups on recordings they are linked to, they should contact our Member Services team, so that we can review.
